THE GAP

  • But: $10-25K+ minimums,
  • Fraud risk: 50% don't trust platforms
→ You're locked out.
YOUR FRUSTRATION
  • Stocks: daily volatility, emotional stress
  • Bonds: low 4-6% returns
  • Zero transparency
  • Zero control
→ You want 8-12%+ with real assets
TODAY'S OPTIONS
Passive platforms = no control
DAOs = chaos, no experts

→ None work. You need something else.

The Journey
Your Participation
The core idea in plain English
Step 1: Sign Up & Verify
Create your account, complete quick KYC verification (automated, takes minutes), and you're ready.
No lengthy paperwork. No gatekeepers.
Step 2: You Invest
01
For each $100 → You own 1 Voice
Choose payment method (card, ACH, wire)
02
Secure processing through licensed provider
Your transaction is protected
03
Voices credited instantly
= Fractional ownership of the whole business
Step 3: Business Grows
Monthly NAV Calculation
Platform calculates business value (NAV) based on current results
Your Voices Adjust
Automatically match business growth
15–20%+ Annual Target
Steady monthly increases, not lottery spikes
Step 4: You Decide
After 2 months:
Keep Holding
Let it compound
Sell to Another Investor
Primary way to exit:
P2P, instant, you set price
Withdraw
Backup option, may include a discount, funded by platform income
Example: $10,000 Investment, 1 Year
Same percentage ownership. Higher value. That's the growth.

Voices are governance units, not securities. No external trading. Internal transfers only.
CPO
What Is a CPO?
This kind of direct, community-guarded participation in a real business is called a CPO — a Community Participation Offering.
Governance
WD2: Community Protection Without Chaos
The core idea:
AI + Experts + Community = Better Decisions
What is WD2?
WD2 (Wisdom Democracy 2.0) = Your community's decision-making system.
Not a DAO (chaos)
Not an autocracy (no voice)
A hybrid that works
Speed Comparison
Traditional Corporate
Timeline: 16-25 days
Risk: Founder fatigue, bad decisions
Example: Nokia ignored staff warnings → $150B lost
DAO (Decentralized)
Timeline: 17-33 days (or frozen forever)
Risk: Mob rule, no expertise, paralysis
Result: Voting chaos, nothing executed
A-CORP (WD2)
Timeline: ≤7 days standard (≤24h emergency)
Result: Up to 2x faster than corporate + expert quality + community oversight

Note: WD2 governs strategic decisions only.
Operational tasks (like hiring, purchasing inventory, and supplier negotiations) follow standard workflows.

Most investors stay passive. You invest, collect returns, don't participate in voting or any activity. That's fine.
If you ever want to weigh in, the system is there. Fast. Fair. Expert-guided.

WD2 is the governance system built into A‑corp’s foundation. It’s designed to protect your capital better than traditional models — by catching risks early, forcing scenario planning, and removing single points of failure.
  • Strategic decisions go through expert review, community oversight, and AI‑based checks.
  • Every decision is logged, auditable, and backed by multiple layers of validation.
  • You don’t have to participate — but if you ever want to, your voice has real weight.
  • The system works whether you’re active or passive — and protects you either way.
That’s how A‑corp stays clear, fair, and resilient as it grows.

A-corp: Meets All 9/9
Retail Investors Requirements
No competitor does. Fundrise & Masterworks: 5/9.
The 9 Criteria
These are the 9 criteria retail investors care about most — and how they’re built into A‑corp.
1
8-12%+ Yield
15–20%+ target; returns that beat inflation
2
Stability
No daily market volatility; monthly NAV
3
Diversification
Multi-SKU, multi-channel real business
4
Inflation Hedge
Real-business cash flows, flexible SKU pricing
5
Low Entry ≤$1K
$100 minimum entry
6
Transparency
See what's happening (24/7 dashboards, not quarter reports)
7
Liquidity <1 year
P2P transfers; redemption from month 3
8
Simplicity
Clear use of funds; e-commerce model everyone understands
9
Control
Experts + AI + Community guarded.
You may influence or stay passive
Why It Matters
These 9 criteria come directly from what retail investors told us they need.
Even the strongest platforms — like Fundrise or Masterworks — reach only 5 out of 9 under these benchmarks.
Most others score 1–3 out of 9.
A‑corp is designed to deliver all 9 — including transparency, liquidity, and a real sense of control.
No other platform does. That's the difference.

Fundrise valuation ~$1.4B (400K investors, ~$3B AUM). Masterworks valuation ~$1.0–1.2B (1M investors, ~$1.2B AUM).
Data: Fundfront 2025 and company disclosures. Target returns not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative.
Fundrise and Masterworks are established platforms; A‑corp is pre‑launch.
Like a Family Dinner Table for Retail Investors
Everyone's Opinion Matters. But Mom Still Cooks.
Imagine a family dinner table:
  • Everyone can speak up with ideas
  • Everyone's opinion is considered
  • But Mom (the expert) still prepares the meal
  • You don't have to show up every night to stay part of the family
  • When you do come, you're welcome — and your voice is heard
That's A-corp.
Most investors choose the "quiet chair" at the table — they stay passive and let the professionals do the job.
If and when you want to, you're welcome to join the conversation, suggest changes, or help shape better decisions.
Either way, the business stays under expert control, you can be heard and you always see what's going on.

Community guarded + expert execution

It's the ETF moment for alternatives.
Just like ETFs democratized stock access in the 2000s, A-corp democratizes real-business investing today.
This isn’t a tweak. It’s a new asset class.
CCAI blends real-business returns with community oversight and expert execution — something no fund, token, or DAO has ever offered.

Not a DAO. Not a black-box. Not a casino. Professional governance with experts, under community oversight.
You Deserve a Platform You Can Trust
(After FTX, We Get Why You May Be Skeptical)
What Happened with FTX
FTX was a large crypto exchange — a place where people stored and traded digital coins. In 2022, its founder used customer funds for risky bets. When those bets failed and people rushed to withdraw, there wasn't enough money left. Withdrawals were frozen, billions disappeared, and ordinary users lost access to their savings.
The lesson was clear: if one black-box platform fully controls your money, you carry all the risk.

A-corp is different:
Real Business
Real cash flow (not speculation)
Expert Management
You can verify the numbers
Community Oversight
WD2 governance (not founder or CEO control)
Transparent Operations
Not a black box
We're building for the long term. So are you.
Quick Answers
Q1: Can I participate if I'm not an accredited investor?
Yes. A-corp is designed for retail investors. No accreditation required. Start with what feels right. Minimum $100, no artificial maximum.
Q2: Will I receive tax forms?
Yes. When you withdraw funds, Tipalti (or another payment partner) handles the required tax reporting.
You’ll typically receive a W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US residents), depending on your residency.
For US participants, required tax reporting is submitted to the IRS by the payment provider. We don’t handle tax filings ourselves.
Q3: How fast can I withdraw?
After 2-month minimum holding:
P2P Transfer (primary, fastest): Sell your Voices to another investor in the internal market. You set the price. Settlement is instant — their money becomes yours. This is how most investors are expected to exit.
Cash Redemption (backup, if no buyer appears):
  • Main (default): 20% discount, processed from platform income
  • Maximum: 100% payout of the Voices' nominal cost, funded only by profit (queue-based)
  • Urgent: 50% discount, immediate (up to your cost basis)
P2P transfer is faster and you control the price.
Q4: Are returns gross or net?
Our 15–20% annual target is net (after all A-corp platform fees and operational costs). This is what you actually receive as a Voices holder.
Q5: Is this a security?
Voices are governance units, not securities. No profit-sharing promise. No external trading market.
Q6: Who will handle my data?
KYC via Onfido (licensed external partner, not us). Tax forms auto-filed via Tipalti. A-corp stores NO personal data (zero-knowledge architecture). 256-bit encryption.
Q7: What if community votes wrong?
QA veto blocks critical risks before execution. All decisions transparent—everyone sees what happened and why. Any participant can submit ideas and have them heard. If an error does happen and threatens the project, community can act fast—not silently for months like traditional firms. You always know what's happening. No black box.
Q8: What makes this different from other platforms?
Most platforms are strong on 2–3 criteria (yield, stability, entry price) but fail on transparency, liquidity speed, or control. A-corp was built specifically to deliver all 9 criteria—including optional governance participation, P2P internal market, and 24/7 operational transparency.

Disclosure
The information on this site is for education and transparency only — it is not investment advice, nor an offer or solicitation. Any participation opportunity (if available) is described only in its own project documents and may be limited by eligibility rules and local laws.
All real businesses involve risk. Outcomes can vary widely, and you can lose some or all of the money you commit. Past results, projections, and examples are not guarantees, and some features described on this site may still be in development or subject to change.
Viunio’s architecture — including the WD2 decision system and the CPO participation model — is designed to reduce common “blind‑spot” risks found in many traditional structures. It does this by setting clear terms upfront, keeping a readable decision history, enabling expert review, providing regular reporting (including NAV updates when applicable), and allowing community oversight with optional delegation. These tools can meaningfully improve transparency and governance, but no system can eliminate risk entirely.
A‑corp, the first real‑world project built on this architecture, follows these principles end‑to‑end and is designed to meet the core requirements retail participants consistently ask for. Still, every project carries its own risks, and outcomes depend on real‑world execution.
Identity checks, payments, and withdrawals may be handled by third‑party providers under their own policies. Please review the relevant project documents carefully and consider independent financial or legal advice before committing meaningful capital.
