Viunio. Own Real Businesses.
Capture Real Growth. Influence on Your Terms.
Viunio is the platform-concept that lets retail investors co-own real businesses. You can stay 100% passive or step in to influence decisions.
Our first project, A-corp, is a live operating business today
A-corp will be the first to fully launch on this CPO model.

Most platforms ask for blind trust. Viunio delivers structural safety.
Our model uses "Voices" (default $100 each). You hold them to capture asset growth—not just "automatically," but because professionals drive the strategy while the community oversight layer blocks reckless risks.
You can step in to contribute insights and steer the direction, or simply stay passive, knowing this CPO&WD2 system is working to protect your value.
No intermediaries. No hidden lockups. Just transparency.
Why Collective Ownership Works
(And Why It Matters for Your Money)
Traditional investing separates you from decisions. You fund managers; they fund businesses; you read quarterly letters and hope they didn't mess up.
Collective ownership is different.
Research from Stanford (500,000+ decisions) and University of Leeds proves that groups consistently outperform individual experts at strategic choices—especially when those choices affect real money.
At Viunio, we don't replace professional management. We enhance it.
Experts structure scenarios. AI surfaces risks. Participants help choose the best path forward.
The result? Better decisions. Fewer catastrophic failures.

You can stay 100% passive and just track your growth, or you can step in and influence the direction whenever you choose.
You don't have to drive—but you always have the keys.
Collective Intelligence
Groups beat individual experts at strategic decisions. This is proven research, not theory.
We built it into governance.
AI + Experts + Community
AI filters raw ideas. Experts develop concrete scenarios with full risk analysis. You stay passive or vote on direction. Professional. Transparent. Measurable.
Real Profits, Real Control
Participate in strategy. Capture proportional asset growth. Withdraw on your terms.
No hype—just aligned incentives.
A-corp: The First Project
Real E-commerce, Real Value
A proven Amazon FBA + white-label business. Revenue-generating today. Opening for early participants.
A-corp is a tested e-commerce model we've already scaled.
Now it's opening to collective ownership.
Now it's opening to collective ownership via Viunio. Here's how it works:
  • You invest via Voices ($100 per Voice)
  • You direct those Voices into A-corp
  • If you wish, you can participate in strategic decisions (Launch new private label brands? Enter new categories? Optimize supply chain?) or simply track the results on 24/7 dashboards
  • Your Voices grow automatically via monthly rebalancing as the business value increases.
Not a startup promise. Not a fund that managers control.
A real business. Real financials. Real community ownership.

WD2: Decision-Making Powered by AI, Expertise & Community
Wisdom Councils meet AI analytics. Better decisions. Fewer disasters.

AI analyzes submissions
Flags risks, structures proposals
03
Expert teams create scenarios
3–5 concrete scenarios with full financial and operational risk analysis
04
Participants stress-test and vote
A rotating Wisdom Council (12 randomly selected participants) stress-tests options.
The Community votes to approve the best path.
05
Experts validate
The winning choice before execution
A similar model has been tested in Austrian governments for 19 years. Now we've adapted it for business.
And yes—research proves it works better than traditional boards at catching risks and making strategic choices.
Why This Protects Your Capital
Traditional Model
CEO + Board (5–7 people)
→ Single point of failure. Groupthink. Blind spots.
WD2 Model
AI Risk Checks + Expert Scenarios + Community Guardrails
→ Multiple independent checkpoints. Distributed oversight. Data-backed choices. Fewer edge-case failures.

Translation: Your capital is statistically safer because we catch risks no single expert would notice.

CPO: Community Participation Offering
How Ownership Actually Works
The legal & technical structure that lets thousands of retail investors own and manage real projects.
CPO is the foundation that makes this all possible
Instead of buying registered securities (high minimums, strict accreditation rules), you buy Voices—digital participation units that give you governance rights, NAV participation, and access to real-time analytics.
No securities law friction. No "accredited investor only" gatekeeping.
Every month, your Voice balance automatically rebalances based on the business's actual growth. If NAV goes up 10%, so does your Voice count. If it goes down, so do your Voices.
Transparent. Automatic. Fair.
You always own a proportional piece of real assets.
Core Mechanics (Plain English)
1
1 Voice = $100 nominal value
2
You allocate Voices to a project
(e.g., A-corp)
3
Monthly NAV rebalancing
Your balance reflects real business growth
4
Transfer Voices or withdraw for cash
5
No multi-year lockups = flexibility from month 3
6
Community-guarded, expert-operated real business
7
You can remain completely passive
Or influence whenever you want
FAQ – Your Questions Answered

Q: Is this legal? Are Voices securities?
A: Voices are not registered securities. They're digital participation units in a collective decision system backed by real assets. The structure has been reviewed by securities counsel in multiple jurisdictions. CPO sidesteps traditional securities law by design—you're buying governance and asset participation rights, not investment contracts in the traditional sense. Full legal docs are available in our Data Room on request.

Q: What if I need my money back?
A: There are two paths — and both are designed to avoid multi-year lock-ups.
Option 1: Internal P2P market (after an initial 2-month hold)
You can list Voices to other participants at whatever price you agree on. Timing depends on buyer demand, so liquidity isn't assured.
Option 2: Project redemption / buyback (project-specific)
Some projects (e.g., A-corp) offer a redemption window that typically takes ~2–24 weeks (avg ~4w). Price can include a variable discount depending on liquidity, urgency, and queue.
Q: How is Viunio different from Fundrise or Masterworks?
A: You have actual governance rights. You vote on strategy. Fundrise and Masterworks let you invest, but management decides everything. We decided that wasn't enough.
Four structural differences.
First, we're designed for decades—not fund terms that force an exit. Your Voices track the business's actual NAV monthly, rebased automatically, so you compound long-term without being pushed out.
Second, it's expert-run but community-guarded business. Professionals handle day-to-day operations, but major bets—capital allocation above thresholds, market expansion, partner changes—get stress-tested by a Council of 12 randomly selected participants before deployment. Bad ideas die before the money leaves.
Third, at A-corp we're targeting 15%+ annual returns with ~30-day liquidity, while Fundrise delivers 8-12% with quarterly redemption windows, and Masterworks locks you in for years.
Fourth, full transparency in real time. Every strategic decision is logged with the rationale, expert analysis, AI risk flags, and execution results. You're not reading stale quarterly reports. You get notifications, see what's happening now—and if something feels wrong, you can call for a review.
Fundrise and Masterworks give you access. We're built so you actually always know what's going on and can intervene when it matters.
No other platform gives you influence with protection — in real businesses.
Q: What if I don't want to participate in decisions?
A: You don't have to. Most investors just watch dashboards and collect their share of monthly profits. Decision participation is optional. But the option is there if you want real influence.

Q: How are profits distributed?
A: Actually, they aren't. We don't issue dividends. Instead, your balance tracks the business's value. For A-corp, we lock in operating profit every month (other CPO projects might do this quarterly). We reinvest 25% back into growth and operations, and the rest drives the EBITDA that determines the Net Asset Value (NAV). Then the system automatically rebalances your account. In plain English: as the business grows, you get more Voices. You'll see the new total on your dashboard, and you can either sell the extra Voices for cash or let them compound.

Q: Can I sell or transfer my Voices?
A: Yes. Two options:
  1. Transfer Voices P2P to other participants at any agreed price (creates internal liquidity)
  1. Go through our withdrawal process to convert to cash (subject to method-dependent timelines and discounts)

Q: What's the minimum investment?
A: $100 (1 Voice). No hidden fees at entry. You get professional onboarding and full platform access from there.
Q: How does WD2 prevent catastrophic decisions (like Moxion Power)?
A: WD2's three-layer system catches risks individual managers miss:
  1. AI flags problematic patterns in submissions
  1. Experts create alternative scenarios and risk analyses
  1. Participants stress-test and vote for the optimal option, and experts confirm it before execution
We've modeled this against 30+ famous failures, including Nokia (2007) and Intel (2021-2025). In every simulation, the system identified the fatal flaws and would have killed the bad decisions before capital was deployed.
It's not 100% guaranteed (nothing is), but it is engineered to catch the specific blind spots that destroy traditional boards.

The information on this site is for education and transparency only — it is not investment advice, nor an offer or solicitation. Any participation opportunity (if available) is described only in its own project documents and may be limited by eligibility rules and local laws.
All real businesses involve risk. Outcomes can vary widely, and you can lose some or all of the money you commit. Past results, projections, and examples are not guarantees, and some features described on this site may still be in development or subject to change.
Viunio’s architecture — including the WD2 decision system and the CPO participation model — is designed to reduce common “blind‑spot” risks found in many traditional structures. It does this by setting clear terms upfront, keeping a readable decision history, enabling expert review, providing regular reporting (including NAV updates when applicable), and allowing community oversight with optional delegation. These tools can meaningfully improve transparency and governance, but no system can eliminate risk entirely.
A‑corp, the first real‑world project built on this architecture, follows these principles end‑to‑end and is designed to meet the core requirements retail participants consistently ask for. Still, every project carries its own risks, and outcomes depend on real‑world execution.
Identity checks, payments, and withdrawals may be handled by third‑party providers under their own policies. Please review the relevant project documents carefully and consider independent financial or legal advice before committing meaningful capital.
